(.. Community service as the assistant janitor! XD Rofl. He could have a class that's sitting in the bleachers by the pool? I dunno. :C I can see him being in trouble but just sitting around instead of cleaning up around the pool like he's supposed to.. But I dunno.

(Maybe he can just be loitering or something. Oh! Oh! Maybe Jem needs to learn how to swim for gym class or something, and they give him Drake as a tutor to help him? Then they can be alone and be allowed there at the same time! Weee!

The day had been long, as always. School days seemed to go by slowly for Drake, and today was no different. Thankfully, however, it was over and he was on his way to the pool for swim. He loved being on the swim team, his muscles were well developed; he was in great shape. He ran a hand through his hair, brushing his bangs from his face and adjusting his backpack so that it was more comfortable.
The soft pat of his converse tapping the pavement as he moved made him blink, apparently able to tell where he was by the sound alone. The pat changed from soft to somewhat louder.. the shift from tile to something more like concrete.. the pool area. He opened his hazle eyes, looking around for a moment before slipping his headphones into the pockets of his burgundy skinny jeans, wondering where everyone was.. Oh. Right. They were at a meet, and he was coaching. Drake rubbed his temples and laughed softly as he thought who doesn't know how to swim? He was surprised, honestly, that some people at his high school had no idea what to do other than flop around in the shallow end.
"Hmm.." He rose his eyes, looking for the only person that was supposed to be in the pool area other than himself. "Err.. Jem?" he questioned, recalling the name from his roster.

Jemessis had been sitting the changing room, the door open a crack so that he could hear what was coming, which he would not had cared about normally, but due to the fact that he was smoking, inside the building, he felt the need to be on edge.
As soon as he heard Drake call to him, he rushed to a stall and threw his lit cigarette into the toilet before making his way towards the pool area, waddling somewhat awkwardly as he was not used to flip flops.
The man stood there, wearing a pair of black shorts with a draw string in them, and his multicolored flip flops. "That's me," he said simply, crossing his arms over his tattooed chest as he watched the other male, eying his curiously, thinking the boy was probably around the same age as he was.

Drake smirked somewhat, catching the scent of cigarette smoke almost immediately. ".. Hmm. Everyone else is gone, so I don't care if you smoke in here, just throw the butts away so there's no evidence.." he pointed out, shifting his weight to his left foot. He allowed his eyes to wander, making sure Jem was dressed out. "Thanks for being here on time and having those on."
He smiled faintly, tossing his pack into the bleachers. "I've got to change real quick.." He slipped his shoes off, socks as well, before walking towards the locker room. He pulled his shirt off as he moved, recalling that his regulation swimwear was in his locker. He licked his lips, stretching somewhat, the wing tattoos on his shoulders flexing with his muscles.
Once he was inside the changing room he shut the door as Jem had had it, unaware that it slipped open a little move than intended. He opened his locker, fetched his speedo, and threw it over his shoulder as he undid his belt and began to change clothes.

Jemessis stared blankly at Drake for a few long moments, "I wish I had known that five seconds ago," he sighed, raking his fingers through his hair. He slowly sat on the bench alongside the pool, squirming idly in place. His feet tapped nervously on the floor, and the slip flop once more annoyed him, this time to the extent that he kicked them off of his feet. He rest his hands between his open knees, eyes following Drake to the changing room, he rose a brow as he realized that the male failed to shut the door completely.
He entertained a dirty thought for a moment, but dismissed it soon after, afraid that he would screw everything up and that Drake's word would make him fail gym class. He shuddered at the thought, hugging himself slightly.

Drake snorted, wondering if he should even bother pointing out that he had an unopened pack in his bag if the other teen needed some. He adjusted his speedo, wishing that he'd remembered to bring a set of shorts. The swim gear that he wore for practice wasn't his favorite thing in the world.
He emerged from the room, standing on the edge of the pool and staring at Jem for a few moments. "Alright, well, first thing you need to know is it's always good to stretch before you swim." he pointed out, rubbign his bare chest boredly. ".. Do you know how to swim at all or is this your first time, Jem?" He tilted his head, shifting his weight again. He looked to his backpack, contemplating putting his piercings back in.. then again, he didn't want to lost them in the pool..
The young man motioned for Jem to come closer, a faint smile lingering on his lips.

"Alright..." Jem murmured, arching his back where he sat he stretched out his arms and legs and yawned in a sleepy fashion, which he apparently counted as his stretches.
"Well, if you count the time my father threw off of a wharf and told me to 'have at,' then no, this is not my first time swimming," Jemessis pointed out, slowly standing and moving towards the male as he was gestured closer. He eyed the speedo, unsure if he wanted to laugh or start dry humping the other man's leg.
As he stood alongside Drake, he crossed his arms over his chest, looking suspiciously at the pool as he did so.

Drake shook his head softly, rolling his eyes. "You might want to do better than that in your gym class.." he pointed out, voice more kind than scolding. It was obvious that he wanted to help Jem pass.
".. Oh.. well, I'm sorry about that. We'll start in the shallow end them." He smiled, moving a little ways away, standing at the corner of the most shallow part of the pool. The young man frowned a bit at the look he was recieving. ".. I forgot I had you today, so I didn't bring trunks.. believe me, I don't like having to wear the thing." He hooked a finger in the side of the speedo, pulling slightly before releasing the fabric. His eye twitched some as it slapped his skin. "C'mon, you'll be fine." He eased himself into a sitting position on the edge of the pool before slipping into the water, which was no higher than his waist.

Jem pouted softly as Drake told him he had to do better. He sighed a little and shrugged some, "I stretched before you got here," he lied, waving a hand a little to dismiss the subject.
"Mm," Jem murmured, following Drake around to the not so deep side of the pool. He snorted softly at the man's explanation, and gradually sat on the edge of the pool, just as his instructor had done, however, it was clear that it was going to take more coaxing to actually get him into the water.

Drake snorted, brow arched as if to say you think I'm stupid? He left it at that however and turned to face Jem.
"Oh come on, you're not going to die.. I won't let you." he pointed out, moving closer to his pupil. Without warning, Drake took Jem by the hands, gently pulling him into the water, ready to catch him of anything of the sort if it was needed. "Come onnn~" he cooed, gentle hands gripping Jemessis firmly. He knew that if he had been teaching a jock this way, he'd have a black eye, hell, he might get one anyways, but it was fun, testing people's boundaries. "I've got you, Jem.."

"I might die. I could fall and drown, or hit my head and drown, or - Oh God! Don't drag me in!" Jem pleaded, though it was far too late as he already felt the water swallowing him up. He stumbled into the water, his cheek hitting Drake's chest as his knees began to fall towards the floor of the pool, "Fugging hate water!" He hissed, cheek sliding down Drake's body.

"Shhhh, easy, you're ok." he whispered, releasing Jem's hands and wrapping his arms around the man. He pulled him up, careful to hold him so he could get on his feet. "I've got you, Jem.." He was almost cradling the other young man to his chest, as being around people that were fearful made him uneasy. "You're in, just get a hold of your footing... I've got you, I promise." He couldn't help but shiver somewhat as he caught a whif of Jem's cologne. Being close like this was aawkward, but it wasn't a big deal. "Stand up..."

"Ugh, I don't want to do this anymore," Jem moaned, feeling himself moving upwards as Drake set him on his feet, he exhaled heavily, his hands resting on Drake's upper arms to further increase his support. He did quite enjoy the man's grasp, however, it was like a protective hug that made him all happy on the inside. At least SOMEONE cared enough to make sure that he didn't drown.

"You can do it, Jem.. whether I have to bribe you to get you to do it or not, you're going to learn to swim." He licked his lips, wondering if he should've not mentioned bribes. What would the man have to do to get him to learn? Huh. He slowly dropped his arms as he felt that Jem was on his feet, allowing the young man to use him for support still. "There.. see? Now just breathe.. relax.. you're just standing now, it's alright.." He exhaled, sending warm breath against Jem's neck. He was enjoying the situation a bit, in fact, it felt good, feeling like someone needed him.

"Bribe me?" Jem asked curiously, wondering what the boy was willing to offer him in return. He continued to cling to his flesh, looking at the water around them as though he expected to see a shark. "It's not alright," he whispered, swallowing a hard lump in his throat as he tried not to seem like... Well, a complete and utter puss, to put it bluntly.

"What do you want..?" he asked, raising a brow. The male smiled faintly and scooped up some water, raising his hand to easily dump it on Jem's head. ".. You'll fail and I'll get chewed out and likely suspended from swimming, for not doing a good job.. Coach is tough on me.." he pointed out with a frown. "I don't want any of those things to happen because it's not good for either of us.." He licked his lips, face not far from Jem's. "So, I guess you can say I'd go pretty far if you'll trust me and work on it.. You'll have to be here a couple days a week, at least as well."

"Well, that depends on what I think I can get away with," Jemessis pointed out, an air of nervousness about him, his hands slowly lifted from Drake's arms, to wrap themselves around his shoulders in a fashion that was perhaps a little too endearing for their current situation.

Drake snickered, basking in the air of nervousness surrounding Jem. "Mm, I'm a swimmer, around guys in speedos after school everyday.." he murmured, running a hand up and down the young man's spine. "I don't have many girl friends.. and I think you're very attractive.." He leaned in, lips only a centimeter from Jem's. "I tell you what.. once you pass gym class, we can fuck.. until then, you can pick something to tide you over?"He closed the small gap, pressing a light kiss to the other male's lips. Mean creature.

Jem whimpered in a pout like fashion as he was told he was not going to get what he wanted. He silenced himself, however, as Drake kissed him, and he hastily returned the kiss, eager to feel loved. He pressed his body to Drake's feeling the tightness of the speedo on the other male through his own shorts, he shuddered slightly.

Drake snorted, reaching around to rest his hands on Jem's ass. He shuddered somewhat, slipping his tongue between the other man's lips. He hungrily rubbed his body against the teen's, though felt kind of bad about being a tease. Thus, he stopped, slowly ending the kiss with a faint smile. "Mm, that was nice.." he murmured. "Made me want to smoke.." He smirked some.

Jemessis pressed his hips gently forwards, grinding their bodies together as they kissed. He felt himself getting excited, but at the same time his stomach churned with worried, causing him to cling to Drake for dear life. As the other man broke the kiss, he tried not to look too disappointed, though nodded his head in agreement, "It was," he said, though some snarky remark came to mind as the other man said he wanted a cigarette.

Drake nuzzled Jem somewhat as the male clung to him. "Alright.. let me show you the easiest way I know to swim, alright?" he cooed, gently trying to get Jem to let go of him. "You've got this, just stand there like you're on land.." He shifted, eyes kind and rather pleased now. He hadn't felt like that in a while.

(Would it help if Drake took the speedo off? XD)

Jemessis slowly, hesitantly, released the other man, immediately growing increasingly awkward and nervous, due to the fact that he felt as though something bad would happen to him if he dared to move an inch. He closed his eyes and sighed, wishing that he wasn't such a coward.

(Then he'd just want him more and he already said no sexing. D:)

"Jemmm, open your eyes, please.." he said softly, backing a ways before dipping under the water for a moment. He rose soon after, running a hand through his wet hair. "I tell you what.. if you can get the majority of this by the time we have to leave, I'll move sex to tonight.." He reached out, gently touching the man's chin before blowing him a kiss and bobbing under once again. He swam around Jem for a little while, as if showing him what he was supposed to do.. he was also probably showing off his body as well. He resurfaced, inhaling and waiting for the man's response.
