He found himself leaning into her touch somewhat, though he was able to control himself far better than the other men in the other room. "I'll be blunt, Ms..." he stated simply. "I really like what I see.. and from what I've heard from Treize, I'll like your personality even more." He shifted some, looking her over. "I'd like to take you out on a date.. to an actual ball."

"Treize? You know Treize?" Tala asked, sounding shocked, to say the least. "Who are you?" She asked soon after, her eyes widening a little at his words. "You... You want to take me out... On a date?" She blinked slowly, clearly shocked.

"Of course. I am Dominiq Grimm." he said simply, taking a step back and raising a brow. He didn't want her to freak out.. "Mm, yes, I would like to do so very much." he assured, bowing his head some. "Of course, I'll understand if you say no." He smiled faintly at the girl.

"Grimm? I take it you're somehow related to Drake, Kai, and Jem?" She asked, rubbing her knees a little as she did so, "Of course I want to go... I haven't been on a date in forever... Who really wants to pay for a date when you can skip and go to the sex, right?" She asked, giving a weak smile.

"Kai's my brother, making them my nephews." he stated, rubbing the back of his neck softly. He slowly slipped his hands into his pockets, smiling faintly. "Well, I can assure you that I'm very old fashioned. Hell, I've been around for.. well, a very long time. I like to get to know someone before I sleep with them." He chuckled softly, waving his hand, in which his glass of wine appeared, topped off and everything. He took a sip, before offering some to her. "I'll even take you dress shopping, if you wish."

"Oh, I see," She said, smiling at the fact that he was still wearing a cowboy hat, she listened intently to his words, feeling refreshed by them. She watched him drink the wine, and offer it to her, though politely declined, "I'm not allowed to drink when I'm on the job," She told him, shaking her head once more as he offered to go shopping with her, "I really don't have that kind of money, that's why I'm here, after all." She added, giving another meek smile.

"Ah, well then~" he mumbled, making the wine simply dissapear. "How about a soda?" He smiled kindly at her, walking over to the icebox. "Mm, well, I insist that you let me pay, since it was my idea, afterall." His hand slipped into his pocket and he pulled out his wallet, looking to her to see if it was ok with her. He didn't want her to feel like he was buying her or anything of the sort. He wanted to be nice and felt like she deserved to wear what she wanted to the ball.

"Soda would be great, thanks," Tala responded, crossing her thin arms lightly over her stomach as she did so. "You want to buy me something?" Tala asked softly, her hands now resting on her knees, "I don't want to use you, or anything like that..." She whispered. She did know full well how it felt, after all.

"Mm, no problem." he smiled, pulling whatever was available out of the fridge. "Ms. Hart, I have no intention of being used. I want to do it, so you shouldn't feel bad.. Trust me, it's ok." He returned to the counter, offering her the drink. "I don't mind at all." He didn't want it to only be a one time thing, but if it was, some money lost didn't really matter as much as losing someone who had caught his interest.

Tala accepted the soda, easily popping the top and taking the sip. "If you're sure about it, then I guess it's okay. I haven't really been shopping for any nice clothes in a long time," she commented, looking down at herself as she did so. Tala turned her attention to the man, "Can I call you Dom?" She asked curiously.

Dominiq watched her, finding her very attractive, of course. "I'm very sure, lovely." he said with a wink. "Haha, well, the Galleria has a wonderful evening wear shop." The debonair creature licked his lips, staring out from under the brim of the cowboy hat. "Of course you can, m'lady." He smiled smugly.

"What exactly makes you want to spend time with me?" She asked curiously, "I know you're a gentlemen, but I'm... Well. I guess I'm just a common whore. Why would you ever want anything to do with someone like me?" She softly asked him, setting her soda on the counter as she did so.

"I see potiential in you.. regardless of your occupation." he said simply, patting her head in a cute manner. "I don't see you as what your job labels you, I see you as Tala Hart, the beautiful young woman with personality to match." Dom smiled kindly at the female.

Tala easily returned Dom's smile, "Well, I'd be happy to go with you," she assured him, lightly tucking her hair behind her ears as she did so.

"Mm, grand!" he said with a grin. "It'll be fun. I haven't waltzed in ages." He leaned against the counter, licking his lips. "Do you waltz?"

"No, I can't actually dance... Not like that, anyways," Tala answered, rubbing the back of her neck a little as she did so.

"Well, I'll have to teach you then." he said softly, pushing himself to his feet and opening his arms up. "The waltz is simple enough, I know you'll get it." He smiled at her.

Tala slowly slid off of the counter, moving to the open armed man and standing directly in front of him, she tilted her head some, waiting for guidance.

"We'll start with hands." he said softly, taking her right hand in his left and guiding it to rest on top of his shoulder. His hand dropped to rest on her hip. "And the other just does this." He gently took her left hand, holding it to the side of their bodies, elbow pointed at a forty five degree angle. "See?"

(Meh. My TV is off. xD)

"Yeah," Tala nodded her head softly, staring up at him with a smile as she waited for further instruction.

"Alright, now, we step with the same foot, flat on the floor." he motioned for her to move with him, smiling. "The pattern is down, up, up. So it's flat, toes, toes, like this." He demonstrated without moving first. "And that's the pattern it keeps all the way through, whether it's more complicated looking or not."

"Okay..." Tala whispered, sounding slightly unsure of herself. She gave him a smile all the same, gripping onto his shoulder, "I guess I'm ready to give it a try," she commented soon after.

"Haha, just have faith in yourself." he said softly. "I'm here to help you, so don't worry." He cleared his throat, moving a bit closer to her, to make it look more like the official thing. "Alright. We'll follow our extended hands.. on the coult of three. One.. two..."

"Mmk," Tala quietly responded, pressing herself to Dom, she hoped she didn't fall and make an ass of herself.

"Three." he smiled, stepping out flat, like he'd stated, guiding her along with himself. The next two counts, he stepped up on his toes, and then he went down again. Dom wouldn't get mad if she messed up, this was just for fun anyways.

(Mmk. I probably won't be on when you get back. x_x We're going dress shopping. -_-; )

Tala tried her best to follow his led, though to say the least it took her a while to catch on. Yus.

(Off and on. Mind is like 'WHOOOAAAA.')

Dom was patient, giving her time to get the dance. He smiled at her all the while, still enjoying her beauty.

Tala continued to try and learn the dance, holding his hand and shoulder tightly as she did so.

With a soft chuckle, the male ceased his movement. "Not bad, my dear." he said softly, releasing her, only to bow in a gentlemanly(is that even a word? x_x) way. "You'll be ready in no time, I can tell." He smiled sincerely.
