Tala pinched the bridge of her nose lightly, wondering what the hell he damned evil uncle was up to, and why the hell no one killed him this time around. Heh.

"... I'm sorry." he murmured. "I'm a bitch when I'm freaked out.. when I'm... scared." He sighed some, biting his pierced bottom lip while frowning for a few moments. Drake stared at his feet while he sat.

Tala rolled a little to look at the man, slowly sitting up in bed, she eventually slid to a standing position and approached Drake. Easily, she let herself down to the floor and hugged him, "It'll be okay..." She whispered, stroking his hair lightly.

Drake smiled faintly, wrapping his arms around Tala. He exhaled gently, enjoying her nearness. He seemed to pur as she stroked his hair. "Mm.." he murmured, looking into her eyes. He gently touched her hair in return. "At least we're not alone in this..."

(Showerrrrr timez. )

"Exactly," she softly pointed out, giving him a small smile, she shifted herself nearer and squeezed his body a little more tightly against her own, inhaling his scent soon after.

(Mmk. Bed time for me. Laterrrrr.)

Drake nodded gently, pressing his body into her slightly. He could feel her warm breath and hear her heartbeat. The creature smiled still, now petting her lower back. "Mm.." he repeated, apparently very pleased to have her comforting presence.

Tala exhaled softly once more, laying her head gently against the man, she cast a few glances around the room.

"I'll protect you as best I can.." he pointed out. "That's still my job, even though we've been captured.." Drake began to rub her back in a calming manner.

Tala nodded her head softly, giving the man a little smile, "We'll be okay," she said, continuing to lightly hug him.

"Mm.." he murmured, giving a gentle nod. He licked his lips and inhaled. "I hope no one gets worried about us.." Drake sighed.

"I don't knowif my father will even notice, he was mad when he couldn't convince me to stay," She softly murmured, sighing as she did so.

Drake frowned. "Aww.. I'm sorry.." he pointed out, nuzzling her for a moment in a cute manner. "I'm sure he'll notice..." He paused to take a breath. "I only told Jem.. my father was most likely with your brother." He pouted for a moment before exhaling and shaking his head.

Tala watched Drake as he spoke of her brother, giving a little snort as she did so, knowing full well that all of the Grimm's wanted him, for whatever reason.

Drake frowned a bit, exhaling. Why was it that his father fucked his life up every chance he got? He hated it. So much. Expecially now that the Treize thing had occurred. "Bleh."

"What's wrong?" Tala asked, raising a brow a little at the other male.

"Well, I was interested in Treize.. and I was trying to win his heart but one night with my father and everything's fucked." he murmured, frowning some. "It sucks.. I can't seem to find anyone that's more than a one nighter or just in it for the sex."

"Well, being a stripper really doesn't help you with that," Tala pointed out, shrugging her shoulders as she did so, the female shifted a little where she sat on the floor.

Drake sighed, slowly looking away. "Well I can't exactly quit." he pointed out. "I doubt I could get a job anywhere else.." He ran a hand through his hair. "I guess I could try to wait tables.. or doing makeup.. I'unno."

"I'm sure you could find something else to do," Tala assured him, lightly petting his arm in a reassuring fashion as she did so.

(Bed now, night love.)

"Mm, I'll try.." he murmured. "I think I wouldn't mind working at a salon.. cutting hair and doing women's makeup." He nodded softly. He licked a fang and stretched. "And I think I'll wait tables too..." He nodded. Yes.

"Sounds good," Tala said, smiling a little at the male as she did so.

"I'll go get job applications whenever we get out of here." he murmured. "What about you? Why are you a stripper, Tala?"

"Because..." Tala's voice trailed off, as she contemplated whether or not she should tell him. She finally decided to, seeing as she thought she probably wouldn't make it out of this place alive. "I owe a powerful person a lot of money," she said simply, shrugging her shoulders some as she did so.

"Oh..?" he said, tilting his head some. "Who? And.. do you need help getting the money?" He licked his lips for a moment, eyes gleaming. "I'd like to help you, Tala.." He smiled faintly at the female, hoping she wasn't in too much trouble.

"It doesn't matter," Tala said, giving a light sigh as she did so, she ran her fingers through her hair, resting her hands in her lap now, "I don't think he even wants money anymore, he just wants to keep me there until I'm old..."

Drake frowned softly. "... I'll kick his ass if you want.. make him leave you alone.." he stated cooly. He would do it, because he wasn't afraid of men, especially not ones that took advantage of his friends.

"I... I don't want ot bring anyone else into this all..." Tala softly pointed out, shaking her head and looking to the floor as she did so.

Drake rose a brow. "Tala, I'm going to help you.." he said softly. "Because I want to.. I want you to be alright. It's not right to let someone control you like that.." He shook his head, frowning some. "When we get out of here, I'll take care of it."

Tala shook her head softly, though said nothing more on the matter as she hung her head and sighed.
